Dr. Saania is a registered G.P. who will guide you through what happens to your body during menopause. She will teach you everything you need to know about HRT, the pros and cons as well as inform you about a few different types of lifestyle medicine that can support your journey.
Rasheeqa Ahmad
If you are more into the natural vibe, Rasheeqa, a qualified herbalist from Hedge Herbs, will show you how to make an amazing herb tea to support menopause symptoms and go through other herbs that you can take to support your journey and link closely to nature.
Yasmin Watson
Yasmin is B.A.C.P. registered counsellor who outlines the main causes of anxiety and low moods during menopause and how to manage the sometimes very difficult emotions. There is time to create some of your own art inspired by art therapy techniques to explore emotions around the menopause.
Yasmin will also go over the wide range of alternative medicines including homeopathy and hijama.
Nuri
Nuri is a personal trainer and fitness expert and looks forward to keeping you fit and healthy! She has a great program - Activ at Home - which has many keep-fit classes a week to suit your schedule. She will be leading a beginners workout.
