Counselling and Therapy
Sometimes we need to reach out to find support for our mental health and wellbeing.
In Islam, we are advised to find ways to overcome our internal habits that keep us in a state of unease and disconnected from our true selves.
Trauma, divorce, bereavement or other life challenges can create difficult symptoms including depression, anxiety, anger, self-harm harm and fear. Through therapy, these things can be healed so that you are free to live your life in happiness and peace inshAllah.
We also offer counselling for children, including those with autism and ADHD. Please contact us for an informal chat about how we can help, inshAllah.
Yasmin Watson
As an integrative therapist, I can bring in a range of modalities to suit each individual client, whether they are adults, young people or children. I offer Islamic-based counselling which forms the core of my practice, integrating specific clinically proven methods such as Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy and Somatic-based therapy. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever issue you are facing in a culturally sensitive way.

Nasrin Khanom
I chose an integrative model of training so that I can tailor it to my clients’ individual needs – this can be anything from childhood wounds to relationship difficulties or anxiety about a specific issue.
In addition to talking therapy, I am fond of using art and creativity as it is a powerful medium for healing.
I also work with children and young people and am fully insured and DBS checked.
