
Meditation course using art therapy techniques for peace and wellbeing

Join us on a four-week online course, every Thursday from 7:00-8:00 pm, G.M.T., to explore our inner worlds through meditation and art. This course is ideal if you are experiencing anxiety, or low moods and searching for inner peace. The images are not shared unless you wish to do so. We finish the session with dhikr.
Each session lasts an hour and are stand-alone sessions - you can attend one or all of the sessions.
A zoom link will be sent on the day.
